Blineperformance.com (“B-Line”, “We” or “Us”) is an goods manufacturer and seller. Services (“Service”) are Subject to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”) through our website www.blineperformance.com (the “Site”). You hereby accept that all information posted on our Site. By accessing and using the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and any amendment hereto. We may change, modify or otherwise alter the Terms at any time and at our discretion, which shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third party rights or benefits. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms you may not use nor access the Site.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. B-Line Performance believes all prices listed in this catalog to be accurate at the time of posting, but can not be responsible for typographical or other errors, or price change due to changing costs, either internally or from suppliers. Please confirm current prices when ordering.
Orders
All product sales listed and presented as custom made are final and non-refundable. This includes all Braided Stainless Steel Lines as they are hand made to order. Custom made orders require additional time for production and proper testing. Custom made orders are estimated to produce within 1-3 Business Days and ship within 1-4 Business Days Domestically. Stated production times are estimated and additional time requirements may occur before shipment. A custom order is an order which is not a stocked item and must be produced from the specification and or options chosen by you, the customer. This new design may need to have modifications and adjustments done to the subject to allow for the best functionality or composition of the article ordered. When ordering custom-made products from B-Line Performance, the customer understands and provides for the required time stated of custom-made products. B-Line Performance will do its best to maintain its timelines; however, if a specific part is currently out of stock, additional time may be required to produce your order. B-line Performance is not responsible for delays in production or in the shipping of any custom made or particular order. B-Line Performance will track your order from the beginning and will advise you as to the status of your order. B-Line Performance does not provide a refund on custom-made products. Once A Custom Made product enters production, the request cannot be canceled.
Items offered as a Custom Made product with a color choice are listed with a variety of available colors. B-Line Performance does not Guarantee the buyers expectation of what the chosen color is perceived to be. The color chosen by you, the customer, is the color that will be delivered. Please research our color options carefully before placing an order. Color choices are not debatable or open to interpretation. Furthermore B-Line reserves the right to also substitute all end fittings of similar size or specifications as needed, or as supply dictates.
International customers must consult their local federal, state, or local regulations to determine acceptance of B-Line Products. B-Line only confirms its US DOT Compliance, although several other countries across the globe have been know to accept US DOT Standards. It is ultimately the purchasers responsibility to confirm local laws and acceptance before placing their order.

B-line reserves the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason. Canceled orders will be processed immediately with funds retuned to purchaser.
Warranty
B-Line Performance warrants its products to be free from any defects of workmanship and material. In cases of assemblies fabricated by persons other than B-Line Performance, warranty shall only cover the components of such assemblies fabricated by B-Line Performance. Should any such defects be discovered within Three (3) months from the date of purchase by the end user, the questionable part should be returned to B-Line Performance. If, upon inspection, the part proves to be defective, B-Line Performance will furnish a replacement or, at its option, repair the part. All products not manufactured by B-Line Performance are subject to their Manufacturers Warranty Terms and Conditions.
Should there be an issue with your order please contact us immediately. Whether it be an error, experienced shipping damage, or simply wish to do an exchange, do not return any product without first contacting us. If there is damage or loss to your shipment the shipping carrier must be contacted to file a damage/loss claim. Please keep all packaging material and package contents as carriers typically return to inspect these items. All returns for refund or exchange must be in new, un-used condition in the original boxes/packaging and properly packaged for us to receive in undamaged, sellable condition.
B-Line Performance products are custom built to order and require the installation of a skilled professional to install. B-Line Performance requires that only a Certified Automotive Technician install or remove B-Line Performance Products. Improper handling or installation may damage the product or adversely affect the vehicle it is installed upon. B-Line reserves the right to refuse returns not properly installed by Certified Automotive Technicians.
The warranty shall not apply to any part or parts of Hose Products if it has been installed, altered, repaired or misused, through negligence or otherwise, in a way that in the opinion of B-Line Performance affects the reliability of, or detracts from the performance of the product. Nor does this warranty cover replacement or repairs necessitated by loss of damage resulting from any cause beyond the control of B-Line Performance, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of government, floods and fires.
The obligation of B-Line Performance under this warranty is limited to making a replacement part available or the repair of the defective part, and does not include the furnishings of any labor involved or connected therewith, such as that required to diagnose trouble or to remove or install any such product nor does it include responsibility for any transportation expenses or any damages or losses incurred in transportation in connection therewith.
The foregoing is in lieu of any other warranties, expressed, implied or statutory, and B-Line Performance neither assumes nor authorizes any distributor or any person to assume for B-Line Performance any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of its products.
Returns
IT IS THE PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILITY TO MEASURE AND CONFIRM LENGTHS NEEDED ON YOUR PARTICULAR VEHICLE. ALL B-LINE PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS ARE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER. A 20% RESTOCKING FEE MAY BE CHARGED ON ACCEPTED AND UNOPENED RETURNS. OPENED PRODUCT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. For questions about returns please contact us at blineperformance@gmail.com

Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Weights although listed may vary from product to product.
Please note that pricing is VIA USPS Priority Small Flat Rate Box. Shipping limitations include weather, and social/economical situations at the time of shipping. Maximum weight of International Packages must not be greater than 4lbs and are limited to the following dimensions: 8-5/8″ x 5-3/8″ x 1-5/8″ Inside. International Orders are limited to one item purchased per package. Orders outside of these restraints are subject to cancellation by B-Line. Purchaser is responsible for all local taxes, customs, compliance and fees. Purchasers will not hold B-Line responsible for added fees above shipment from the USA.
